Team headshots that match

A company About page usually collects six photos taken in six different places: one from a wedding, one cropped out of a group shot, one lit by a ceiling bulb. It reads as six freelancers rather than one company. This is the same six people rebuilt into a single set: one background, one lighting direction, one crop height. Everyone sent an ordinary photo; nobody left their desk.

Toolset: a FLUX-based photo-to-studio pipeline, identity preserved from each person's own photo.

The six-person set is made of invented people, generated for this portfolio. The single before/after is a real person, used with his permission. On a real job the photos belong to the client's own team, are used with each person's consent, and are deleted on delivery.
